PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of Education, District 98, County of Cook, State of Illinois, that a Public Hearing will be held at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday, February 24, 2022, via zoom, www.bn98.org. The purpose of the hearing is to allow public testimony on a proposed waiver request of School Code (section 10-20.12 a) that would enable the district to allow non-resident students whose parents are full-time employees of the district to attend its school. The fee obligation (registration fee) will be the same as any other student enrolled in the district. If approved, this waiver would take effect in the 2022-2023 school year.
